Description:Join us for the 2015/2016 Many Paths Series! For our 4th Many Paths season we’re exploring what happens when we merge literary arts with yoga arts. Over the course of 8 months we’ll be hosting 4 book clubs, one at each of our neighborhood studios and each facilitated by 8 Limbs Teachers. The idea is to collectively read books that bring the ancient practices of yoga off of the mat and into modern daily life, as well as gather in community to share insights and discuss.
The Many Paths Series, featuring 8 Limbs Teachers, came from our desire to create more opportunities for dialogue between our knowledgeable and experienced teachers and our passionate community of staff and students. Throughout this series we'll delve into yogic philosophy and concepts from a variety of perspectives, exploring the many paths available for taking our yoga practice off the mat.

Outside of studio doors she provides mindfulness-based coaching to other small businesses and creative people. Her primary mindfulness teachers include Donald Rothberg, Sharon Salzberg, and Rick Hanson. Ashley earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington with a focus on developmental psychology and interpersonal practice.
